Tail Docking Ban
Due to the
South Australian Government ruling that was implemented on February 1,
2004 and with amnesty until March 1, 2004. It is no longer legal
to dock the tails of any dog or puppy within this state.
We wish to
advise that although we are find this ruling draconian and totally
wrong, we are now forced to not dock the tails of the breeds we are
involved with.
This ruling
has been bought in in several states within Australia and the wish of
the RSPCA and State Government representatives is that a National Ban be
enforced.
